Carefree Marketing CEO Bill Gamble delivers over 30 years of experience to the mission of helping clients through a variety of services. A proven leader and producer in sales & marketing, for the luxury hospitality industry, he has worked in all areas of resort and hotel management with multi-property responsibilities.
His skill at building partnerships with successful providers in related service industries has contributed to Gamble's wealth of expertise in branding, global distribution, web and online opportunities, data mining, real estate, business strategy, PMS/POS systems, alliances and strategic partnerships.
Over the years, he has acquired experience in numerous areas leading him to be the youngest General Manager in Arizona having also served in many Director of Sales & Marketing roles for various properties. As Vice President of Sales for Grand Bay Hotels & Resorts (previously Carefree Resorts), he oversaw the sales & marketing efforts for this $180 million company's entire collection of luxury properties. Those included The Boulders, Carmel Valley Ranch, Golden Door Spa, The Peaks Resort & Golden Door Spa, The Lodge at Ventana Canyon, Grand Bay Hotel Isla Navidad Resort, and Las Casitas Village & Golden Door Spa.
In addition, he has worked with a number of other luxury resorts and prestigious hotels including Marriott's Camelback Inn, The Phoenician, The Crescent Hotel, The Pointe at Tapatio Cliffs and The Pointe at Squaw Peak.
Carefree's clients include Bacara Resort & Spa, Pebble Beach Resorts, Grayhawk Development, Bernardus Lodge, Sanctuary on Camelback, Hotel Valley Ho, Hotel del Coronado, Kimpton Hotel Group, The Lodge at Cordillera and Walden Country Inn & Stables.
Gamble served on the board of the Arizona Hotel & Motel Association, spent more than two years as President of the Valley Innkeepers Association, and was Hospitality Chairman for the 1996 Super Bowl.
