Carefree Marketing CEO Bill Gamble delivers over 30 years of experience to the mission of helping clients through a variety of services. A proven leader and producer in sales & marketing, for the luxury hospitality industry, he has worked in all areas of resort and hotel management with multi-property responsibilities. His skill at building partnerships with successful providers in related service industries has contributed to Gamble's wealth of expertise in branding, global distribution, on line marketing, search engine marketing and optimization, revenue management, group sales, data mining, real estate, business strategy, alliances and strategic partnerships.
Over the years, he has acquired experience in numerous areas from General Manager to serving in many Sales & Marketing roles for a variety of Resorts. As Vice President of Sales for Grand Bay Hotels & Resorts (previously Carefree Resorts), he oversaw the sales & marketing efforts for the entire collection of luxury properties which include The Boulders, Carmel Valley Ranch, Golden Door Spa, The Peaks Resort & Golden Door Spa, Lodge at Ventana Canyon, Grand Bay Hotel Isla Navidad Resort, and Las Casitas Village & Golden Door Spa. His experience includes various sales & marketing positions with Marriott’s Camelback Inn, The Phoenician, The Crescent Hotel, The Pointe at Tapatio Cliffs and The Pointe at Squaw Peak.
It has been only 10 years since Carefree was created and the impressive lineup of clients include: Pebble Beach Resorts, Trump Las Vegas, Grayhawk Development, Bacara Resort & Spa, Bernardus Lodge, Sanctuary on Camelback, Hotel Valley Ho, Quail Lodge, Hotel del Coronado, Kimpton Hotel Group, The Lodge at Cordillera, The Idaho Club, Pronghorn, Hermosa Inn and Walden Country Inn & Stables. He is also an advisor to Sceptre/Richfield.
Gamble served on the board of the Arizona Hotel & Motel Association, also was President of the Valley Innkeepers Association, and Hospitality Chairman for the 1996 Super Bowl.
